• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Bets placed before a match begins are considered pre-match bets; bets placed while the match is in progress are considered live bets.
• Bets confirmed before odds change will remain at the original odds.
• If a match is cancelled, postponed, or delayed by more than 48 hours, the bet will be automatically voided and the stake returned.
• Sunabet reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error or technical fault.
• Placing contradictory bets on the same match (arb betting) is prohibited.
• The minimum bet amount is BDT 50. The maximum varies depending on the specific market and match.

Parlay or combo bets across multiple matches are supported. All legs must win to receive the main payout — if any single leg loses, the entire bet is lost. Some special offers may include a combo boost.

Sunabet supports the most popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. Deposits are generally instant, and withdrawals are processed within 1–4 hours.

• Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Minimum deposit: BDT 200; minimum withdrawal: BDT 500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used for the deposit.

• Your data will never be sold to third parties.
